TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prior to commissioning me, be ready.
Please make sure that you have a beat(s) picked out, a concept/topic you want me to write about, any references, and let me know if you have any specific requests.
I will try my absolute best to fulfill your vision!
Please note, if the beat is too complicated for me to write to, I may ask you to find another one.
-
Depending on the writing package you're interested in (excluding pre-mades), you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of half of the payment upon commissioning, then pay the other half once the service is complete.
I will not start any work until that deposit is paid.
If you choose to pay the full price upfront, you've agreed that it was voluntary and are aware it is non-refundable.Upon delivery, I will send you the lyrics and demo to see if my work is to your standards.
I ask that you DO NOT save, copy, or demo my work until you have paid the full amount of the package. If you are satisfied with my work, I will give you a timeline of a week to complete payment─ If you exceed that time, you will be charged an additional $10 USD.All payments are FINAL and non-refundable.When commissioning me, you are accepting and agreeing that you are aware of these terms.
-
DO NOT commission me if you have no intention of paying me for the work, time, and energy I put into songwriting.
If my work is too pricey for you, simply find someone else.If you plan to release, add me as a songwriter/composer.
Credit 'Melody Hart' for RP music,
or 'Cely Troche' for IRL music.
Thank you.
